Grill: Put the grill on high to heat up. Drop temp to medium/low, close lid, and cook 12-15 minutes on the first side. Then flip and cook an additional 8-10 minutes.Quickest Method: Keep the roast in its packaging and submerge in a bowl of cold water for 30 minutes or until completely thawed.
