Chilean Sea Bass

WILD-CAUGHT PRODUCT OF CHILE: This spectacular fish is often one that people discover first at a restaurant, then scour their seafood markets for it afterward. Well, look no further. We feature only thick-cut, skinless loin portions. Sea bass has a beautiful, rich flavor; it's loaded with heart-healthy Omega-3 fatty acids and has a snow-white flesh that forms large flakes when cooked. Because of its high oil content, the meat is "melt-in-your-mouth" tender and moist.
