Shredded, cooked chicken breast meat is blended with smoky fajita seasonings and hand-rolled in corn tortillas, then topped with creamy cheese and chili sauce and shredded Cheddar and Monterrey Jack cheeses. We use just the right amount of spices to make the Sunshine Valley Gourmet enchiladas perfect. Mild enough for the entire family while at the same time satisfying those authentic Tex-Mex cravings!

Microwave: Place enchilada with wrapping intact on a microwave-safe dish—microwave on high for 3 minutes. Allow enchilada to set for 1 minute before serving.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove Enchiladas from wrapping materials. Place in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil for best results. Do not stack or overlap enchiladas. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
